For thousands of years, astrology was used without any knowledge of what we call the outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. The only planets the ancients knew about were the Sun, Moon, and the five planets, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. They built an entire system based on these seven principles. Even today, traditional astrologers in the West and Vedic astrologers in the East continue to use the seven archetypal energies only. Furthermore, when one looks at the definitions astrologers use to describe the three outer planets, one finds that they are often quite negative.
There are reasons for this in my view. The nature of the outer planets in their most positive expression is transformative in nature. They describe processes by which a person can elevate to a higher level of consciousness. This seminar will go into how these outer planet processes work and describe how we can use them for the transformation of our consciousness and our evolution.
This seminar is for those who love astrology and have some basic understanding of these principles. It is not only for advanced students. Even novices can get some information that will help them understand the deeper evolutionary processes available to us all. There will be time set aside for questions and discussion. In fact, I hope attendees will bring their questions to the seminar, as questions are often springboards for the development of deeper understandings. We will also be taking a brief look at people’s charts that have strong aspects to the outer planets.
