May starts with a waxing sextile by the Moon to Venus.  How might this fit in with the last aspect of April?  Perhaps some new relationship from an unexpected place?  Perhaps some great desire will be fulfilled?  May also promises to be a busy month with two days with 7 exact aspects, one day with 6 and two days with 5.  In addition, three planets, Saturn, Venus and Jupiter, in that order, will go retrograde.  Venus will be both out-of-bounds and retrograde.  What strange energies might that bring?  Adding to Venus out-of-bounds energy, She will be joined by both Mercury and the Moon as they too will go out-of-bounds in May.

05/01/20 – 4:16 AM – accelerating Moon sextile Venus

This waxing sextile is the first exact aspect of May and is generally considered a favorable aspect, particularly when trying to create or make something happen.

05/01/20 – 9:04 am – accelerating Moon goes Void-of-Course

Following an opposition to Mars, the Moon goes void-of-course for 13 1/2 hours, which is pretty much the rest of the day.  It is Friday and best if you use this time and the energy of Mars to focus on any work-in-progress.  Finish what you can and what you cannot finish, do what you can to move it along to the next stage.

05/01/20 – 10:35 pm – fast Moon enters Virgo

Cast a more discerning eye to what you see or an ear to what you hear at this time.  Looks and words can be deceiving.  During this particularly challenging time it is far better to be safe than sorry.  Take no unnecessary chances.  Avoid the shadows and impulsive actions.

05/02/20 – 10:19 am – fast Moon trine Uranus

It is Saturday and this is the first of three waxing trines by the Moon today.  Following this the Moon will make waxing trines to Mercury and then the Sun.  Whatever you may be working on, take advantage of this energy to allow your unique creative “juices” to flow and let your imagination take you outside your box to find solutions.

05/03/20 – 8:06 am – fast Moon square Venus

It is Sunday and this waxing first quarter crisis of action square is the first of five exact aspects today, four by the Moon.  If you are “quarantined” at home, this could be a good day to work on your spring cleaning, building family relationships or whatever else makes you feel good.

Following this the Moon will oppose Neptune, then make a waning trine to Pluto for the second and third exact aspects of the day.  These aspects also suggest that this is a good day to work on quick projects; things that you can start and finish or may have started and can get to a point where they can be finished quickly.

05/03/20 – 7:25 pm – fast Moon goes Void-of-Course

Following a waning trine to Jupiter; the fourth exact aspect of the day, the Moon goes void-of-course for just over 4 1/2 hours.  Do not start any other new projects until tomorrow.  It is Sunday evening and you can either continue working on things you have already started or take the evening off.

05/03/20 – 8:52 pm – Venus square Neptune

This waxing first quarter crisis of action square is the fifth and final exact aspect today.  If you have any last-minute projects to “kick” to the next stage, go for it, just do not start something new.  If you have a “do-list” for the week ahead, you might want to double check it to make sure you have not forgotten something.

05/04/20 – 12:00 am – fast Moon enters Libra

Can you feel the shift from mutable earth, let us take our time with this Virgo to cardinal air, will someone just make a decision Libra?  Take note of any dreams, feelings or other sensations you experience during the night.

05/04/20 – 2:41 pm – Mercury conjunct the Sun

This is the Superior Conjunction as Mercury is in direct or forward motion and on the far side of the Sun.  This is like the “full Moon” phase in the Sun, Earth, Mercury cycle which began with the Inferior Conjunction February 25, when Mercury was retrograde and passed between the Earth and Sun.  Projects started around that time, especially those involving communication, writing or the mind, such as problem solving, may now be at a point when you can see a resolution or solution.  Let the light of the Sun illuminate your mental shadows and show you the way.

05/04/20 – 10:51 pm – Nodes enter Gemini and Sagittarius

After 18 months in Cancer and Capricorn the Nodes have returned to Gemini and Sagittarius where they will spend the next 18 months.  The energy shift from cardinal, action-oriented earth and water to mutable, let’s adapt air and fire won’t be noticed by most people.  Those with the nodes and/or planets in any of the four mutable signs, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces are most likely to feel the shift and find that being flexible and able to adapt to changing situations may be more important than being a starter who may have trouble finishing.

05/05/20 – 7:31 pm – fast Moon goes Void-of-Course

Following a waning third quarter crisis of consciousness square to Jupiter, the fourth and final exact aspect by the Moon today, She goes void-of-course for 4 1/2 hours.  Earlier today the Moon made a waxing trine to Venus then a waning third quarter crisis of consciousness square to Pluto and a waning trine to Mars.  These aspects symbolize a day that may have started with focus on newer projects but then shifted to dealing with other or older projects that need to be consolidated and prepared for completion.

05/06/20 – 12:05 am – fast Moon enters Scorpio

It is Hump Day!  Can you feel the shift from cardinal air, let’s work together Libra to fixed water, I never forget Scorpio?  Today the Moon will make a waning third quarter crisis of consciousness square to solid, stoic Saturn and then oppose unexpected rule breaker Uranus.  Trying to move fast through a fixed sign can lead to increased frustration, anxiety and even fear.  In fixed water Scorpio the Moon may bring up deep-seated past hurts and insecurities.  Utilize Uranus’ energy to help you find answers and potential solutions.

05/07/20 – 3:42 am – Mercury sextile Neptune

It looks to be a remarkably busy Thursday as this waxing sextile is the first of seven exact aspects today, the other six all by the Moon.  Check your tissue supply as the inconstant Moon will tend to keep people off balance today.  Be sure to note any dreams, intuition and all sensations during the day.

05/07/20 – 3:45 am – fast Full Moon opposite Sun

This full Moon is the second exact aspect today and is known as the “Flower Moon” due to the prevalence of spring flowers.  It is also known as the “Corn Moon” and “Planting Moon.”  This full Moon is at 17 Scorpio 20.  It is springtime, but given current circumstances, this time may be better suited to reflecting on happier times.  Take time to connect with family and friends and let them know you are thinking of them and that you care.

Following this the Moon will make a waning trine to Neptune, oppose Mercury, make a waning sextile to Pluto and then a waning third quarter crisis of consciousness square to Mars for the third, fourth, fifth and sixth exact aspects today.  This energy is well suited to working on your “to-do” list or any work-in-progress.  It is probably best to focus on those things that can be or are approaching completion rather than newer things or things in development.

05/07/20 – 7:39 pm – fast Moon goes Void-of-Course

Following a waning sextile to Jupiter, the seventh and final exact aspect of the day, the Moon goes void-of-course for just over 4 1/2 hours.  Take the evening off or use the time to reflect on your day, what you have accomplished or have to get finished this week.  Just do not start anything new unless you must.

05/08/20 – 12:15 am -fast Moon enters Sagittarius

It is Friday morning.  Can you feel the shift from fixed water, I will get even Scorpio to mutable fire, learning is fun Sagittarius?  Today the Moon will make a waning sextile to Saturn so it is best if you can use your time to finish your part of whatever you are working on.  Be sure that you understand and are following all instructions.  Take no chances this evening.

05/09/20 – 6:17 am – Mercury trine Pluto

It is Saturday and this is the waxing trine in the Mercury Pluto cycle.  Whatever you have to say today, be sure that your message is received and understood; otherwise, the outcome probably will not be to your liking.

05/09/20 – 11:11 pm – decelerating Moon goes Void-of-Course

Following a waning sextile to Mars, the Moon goes void-of-course for about three 1/2 hours.  It is Saturday night.  Probably a good idea to stick with whatever plans you have made or your usual routine.  Whatever you decide to do, proceed with caution and avoid impulsive decisions or actions.

05/10/20 – 12:01 am – Sunday – Happy Mother’s Day!

5/10/20 – 2:03 am – decelerating Moon goes Out-of-Bounds South

While still void-of-course, the Moon at 29 Sagittarius 39 and conjunct the South Node, goes out-of-bounds south.  The south symbolizes the past, the debts we bring with us and the gifts we have to share, the known, where we may be most comfortable and where we need to let things go.  When out-of-bounds, things tend to be more “in your face,” issues or situations that we have been unwilling to deal with or people from our past may come up again.  This out-of-bounds will last over 42 hours, until late Monday evening so prepare yourself and make ready for whatever the Universe has in store for you.

05/10/20 – 2:39 am – decelerating Moon enters Capricorn

It is the wee hours of Sunday morning and the Moon’s void-of-course ends as She moves from mutable fire, good natured Sagittarius into cardinal earth, get down to business Capricorn.  It is Mother’s Day, take a break and remember there are only two types of people in the world, mothers and children of mothers.

05/10/20 – 7:36 am – Mercury trine Jupiter

This is the waxing trine in their current cycle.  Avoid any tendency to exaggerate or embellish.  Speak only the truth or you will most likely regret it before the day is over.  If you say you are going to do something, do it or expect to suffer the consequences.  Make no promises you don’t intend to or can’t keep.

05/10/20 – 9:16 am – Sun sextile Neptune

This is the waxing sextile in their current cycle.  Be open today, allowing insights and dreams to come through.  Perhaps go on a “vision quest.”  A vision quest can be a walk or sitting in meditation allowing all your senses to take in your surroundings.  Messages may come from nature, from things you see in your neighborhood such as signs, license plates, shop windows, etc.  Be sure to note them all as you may want to review them later.

05/10/20 – 9:09 pm – Saturn goes Retrograde

Saturn, now at 1 Aquarius 57’, joins Pluto in retrograde and so the spring/summer mass retrograde begins to pick up steam.  Saturn will retrace His steps back to 25 Capricorn 20’ or back to February 3, 2020.  As Saturn retraces His steps back into His home sign of Capricorn, things left undone or for which you took shortcuts may come up again. Saturn is the referee and will call you on any attempts to take short cuts or skip steps so don’t!

Venus and Jupiter will join them in apparent retrograde motion later this week, bringing the number of retrograde planets to four.  From that point on, we will have four or more planets retrograde at the same time for the rest of spring and all the summer.  Expect the frequency and lengths of delays and obstacles to increase.  Allow yourself extra time to accomplish tasks or when traveling.  Slow and steady will be the order of business, at least until the fall.

05/11/20 – 12:33 am – Mercury and Mars go Void-of-Course

Following a waxing first quarter crisis of action square, both Mercury and Mars go void-of-course.  Mercury’s will last for almost 14 1/2 hours while Mars will be much longer, lasting for almost 45 hours.  Choose your words carefully.  Think before speaking.  Avoid arguments, impulsive actions or “speaking your mind.”  Be prepared to “eat your words” or make apologies for any words said in anger or haste.

With Mars void-of-course stay alert as accidents may be more prevalent.  Watch out for the other guy, the one who causes accidents.  Reschedule any elective surgery you may have scheduled until after Mars enters Pisces May 12.

05/11/20 – 9:06 pm – average Moon returns In-Bounds

With the Moon returning in-bounds, people may feel more in control of their emotions.  Be aware that the Moon is still in the realm of the south Node so old memories or emotions may come up.

05/11/20 – 2:58 pm – Mercury enters Gemini

The Mercury void-of-course may be over, but Mars’ isn’t so don’t let your guard down just yet.  With Mercury’s return to their Gemini home people may be more talkative.  Just because someone talks a lot doesn’t necessarily mean they are saying something important or noteworthy.  You may have to sharpen your listening skills to find the value in what others are saying.  This applies to you as well when you are talking.  Don’t be verbose.  Keep it straight forward and clear.

05/12/20- 3:30 am – average Moon goes Void-of-Course

Following a conjunction with Jupiter, the first of five exact aspects today, the Moon goes void-of-course for just over five hours.  Start your day with your usual routine or whatever you had planned.  Wait until after the Moon enters Aquarius before tackling any new tasks.

05/12/20 – 8:39 am – average Moon enters Aquarius

The Moon’s void-of-course is over, but Mars isn’t.  Mars will be void-of-course for most of the day so behave yourself and respect others, even if you feel they aren’t respecting you.

Following this the Moon will make a waning trine to Mercury and then conjunct retrograde Saturn for the second and third exact aspects of the day.  If you have something to say, choose your words carefully and stick to the facts and the truth.  If you don’t, expect to be “fact-checked” and then you will have to defend whatever you have said.

05/12/20 – 1:14 pm – Mercury trine retrograde Saturn

This waxing trine is the fourth exact aspect of the day.  This aspect re-emphasizes the need to choose your words carefully.  Be truthful, but not brutally so.  If you can’t say something nice, it may be best if you say nothing at all.

05/12/20 – 9:17 pm – Mars enters Pisces

Finally, the Mars void-of-course is over.  While you should be able to relax a bit, that doesn’t mean that you should let your guard down.  These are challenging times so one should always proceed with caution.

05/12/20 – 10:52 pm – slowing Moon square Uranus

This waning third quarter crisis of consciousness square is the fifth and final exact aspect of the day.  Perhaps tonight you will gain some insight or inspiration regarding something that has been puzzling you or perhaps a unique solution to some obstacle you have encountered.  Note any dreams, sensations or feelings you may have during the night.

05/12/20 – 11:45 pm – Venus goes Retrograde

Joining Saturn and Pluto, there are now three planets in apparent retrograde motion.  Expect more obstacles, particularly if you try to force something to happen before it’s time.  During a Venus retrograde don’t expect any new relationship to be the one, at least not at this time.  This is the time to focus on your existing relationships or what you are seeking in a relationship, what you want from them and what you are willing to give to them.

05/13/20 – No exact aspects today, Pacific Time Zone

It’s Hump Day!  There are no exact aspects by the transiting planets to each other today in the Pacific time zone.  While that doesn’t mean they won’t be making aspects to you, it should still be a favorable day for getting some work done.  Just don’t try to force things as there are three planets in apparent retrograde motion and Jupiter is getting ready to join them tomorrow morning.

05/14/20 – 7:03 am – slow Moon square Sun

This is the waning third quarter crisis of consciousness square in the monthly cycle of the two luminaries.  Waning aspects symbolize a time for consolidating and completing things.  This is also a good time to re-evaluate what you are working on.  Keep what’s working and let go of or set aside whatever isn’t working or of use at this time.

Following this the Moon goes void-of-course for over 11 hours.  It’s best if you focus on any work-in- progress and set aside any new tasks for tonight or tomorrow, after the Moon enters Pisces.

05/14/20 – 7:32 am – Jupiter goes Retrograde

There are now four out of eight planets in apparent retrograde motion.  With Jupiter joining the mix, the ability to expand or grow things may be inhibited.  When retrograde, a planets natural energy tends to be reversed and turned inward.  When making plans, build in extra time to allow for unanticipated delays or setbacks.  This can be a good time if you have been thinking about downsizing so get busy and do it.  Be sure you have a plan and focus on what you are eliminating; you don’t want to throw out something in haste to only find out later that you really do need it.

05/14/20 – 6:24 pm – slow Moon enters Pisces

Can you feel the shift from fixed air, focus, focus, focus Aquarius to mutable water, I feel you Pisces?  With the Moon sailing slowly through the calm waters of Pisces, extra patience may be required to achieve your goals or complete tasks at this time.

05/14/20 – 11:49 pm – Sun trine retrograde Pluto

This is the waxing trine in their annual cycle.  What might be exposed when the light of the Sun shines on the Lord of the Underworld?  Is there something that needs to be “exposed” tomorrow?  When shining the light into the shadows, be careful, for you may expose more than you planned on.

05/15/20 – 9:57 am – slow Moon square Mercury

This is the waning third quarter crisis of consciousness square in their cycle.  It’s Friday morning, what needs to get said, written or communicated today?  Proceed thoughtfully and only after careful consideration of the possible consequences or outcomes.

05/15/20 – 11:20 am – slowing Mercury

Mercury drops below 2 degrees arc speed per day.  This is a sign that they are getting ready for their next retrograde.  It is just over a month away, June 17, if you want to mark your calendars.  With Mercury slowing down thoughts and speech may also feel as if they are slowing down.  Don’t forget, there are four planets retrograde so don’t try to force your words or thoughts.  Act as if Mercury is retrograde and re-read, re-check all communications, be they emails, texts or written before sending.  Make sure they are only going to your intended recipients.

05/15/20 – 9:36 pm – Mercury goes Out-of-Bounds North

Mercury joins Venus out-of-bounds North.  The North symbolizes the point at which we want to bring in new “things.”  With two planets out-of-bounds North, don’t get overly anxious or “grab” every new thing that comes your way.  A discerning eye and mind are required to assess the potential value of “things,” before accepting them.  Exercise caution for when Mercury is out-of-bounds, they may behave as if they are retrograde, so think before speaking and choose your words carefully.  With Venus also out-of-bounds, one’s perception of what is desired or beautiful may be distorted or unrealistic.

05/16/20 – 11:34 am – slow Moon conjunct Neptune

What daydreams may come?  Allow yourself to be open to receive any messages that the universe may have for you.  They may come as sights, sounds, feelings, inspirations or voices in your head.  Note them and plan to reflect on them tonight.

05/17/20 – 12:59 am – slow Moon goes Void-of-Course

Following a waxing sextile to retrograde Jupiter, the Moon goes void-of-course for over 5 1/2 hours.  What in your life would benefit from being consolidated or perhaps just slowed down?  Note whatever dreams, insights or sensations you have this night.

05/17/20 – 6:36 am – slow Moon enters Aries

With the slow Moon in cardinal fire, NOW Aries and four planets retrograde some people may feel more frustrated or impatient as things aren’t happening fast enough to suit them.  This could be a good day for a safe walk away from people or a quiet meditation to allow your thoughts to slow down, clear and focus.

05/17/20 – 9:40 am – Sun goes Void-of-Course

Following a waxing trine to retrograde Jupiter, the Sun goes void-of-course for over 69 hours.  That’s almost three days.  Direct your attention to others and things other than yourself.  Review your schedule for the week ahead and consider any adjustments you could make to meet any deadlines and allow your life to flow more smoothly.

05/18/20 – 10:16 am – slow Moon sextile Mercury

This waning sextile is the only exact aspect of the day.  This could be a good day to finish up any writing projects you have been working on or tackling any problems that have been puzzling you.  With the support of four retrograde planets, the energy of this aspect should support you as you reflect and reconsider.

05/19/20 – 1:32 pm – slow Moon goes Void-of-Course

Following a waxing first quarter crisis of action square to retrograde Jupiter, the Moon goes void-of-course for just over 5 1/2 hours.  Hopefully, you have spent your morning dealing with any new issues as now it’s time to focus on any work in progress.  If you can, set aside any new issues that come up this afternoon until tomorrow or at least, this evening after the Moon enters Taurus.

05/19/20 – 7:10 pm – slow Moon enters Taurus

With the slow Moon now in fixed earth Taurus and four planets retrograde this is not the time to try to make something happen.  Allow things to develop naturally; but, be prepared to act if opportunity knocks.

05/20/20 – 6:49 am – Sun enters Gemini

Do you feel the shift as the Sun moves from fixed earth, slow and steady Taurus into mutable air, nimble minded Gemini?  Be sure to engage your brain before engaging your mouth and don’t let your tongue get ahead of your thoughts when speaking.

05/20/20 – 4:02 pm – retrograde Venus square Neptune

Neptune is considered to be the higher vibration of Venus.  This is the second of three waxing first quarter crisis of action squares between these two.  The first one was May 3 when both were direct, and the third one will be July 27 when Venus is direct, and Neptune is retrograde.  Venus Neptune can often bring up memories of a past unsuccessful or unrequited love.  Perhaps someone from your past will come back into your life.  Take some time to reflect on your relationships.  What didn’t or haven’t you done so they would be all that you want?  Is there a pattern you are repeating?  We all need to learn from our mistakes.  You may not get a do-over of a past relationship, but you may have a better chance at getting the next one right.

05/21/20 – 8:28 pm – slow Moon sextile Neptune

This waxing sextile is the only exact aspect today.  Neptune is about dreams and manifesting them.  What dream would you like to manifest?  Focus on it as you go to sleep tonight.

05/22/20 – 1:00 am – slow Moon goes Void-of-Course

It’s Friday and following a waxing trine to retrograde Jupiter, the first of seven exact aspects today, the Moon goes void-of-course for 5 1/2 hours.  Before we knew of Neptune, we knew Jupiter as the ancient ruler of Pisces.  Be sure to note any dreams, “a-ha’s,” feelings and first thoughts when you wake.

05/22/20 – 1:41 am – Mercury conjunct retrograde Venus

This is the second exact aspect of the day.  With Mercury direct and on the far side of the Sun and Venus retrograde and on the near side of the Sun, this may seem to them as being more like an opposition.  From the viewpoint of the Sun, heliocentric that is, this is like a waning third quarter crisis of consciousness square in the current Mercury Venus cycle.  Note, there are no retrogrades heliocentrically.  The waning third quarter square is more appropriate as we see Venus appearing to move backward in an attempt to go back and correct something.  It may be a minor adjustment to something you’ve been working on or it may be something more significant, perhaps something that was overlooked.  What have you been working on?  What came to you in the night?  How might that help you solve any problems or issues that have been troubling you?

05/22/20 – 5:01 am – Sun trine retrograde Saturn

This waxing trine is the third exact aspect of the day.  Do you have anything that needs to get done today?  Be sure you check all the requirements and follow all instructions.  Saturn is also known as “The original Time Lord.”   You thought it was Dr. Who?  With four planets retrograde expect delays, obstacles or distractions.  Keep track of your time.  You need to pay attention if you are going to get things finished on time.

05/22/20 – 6:36 am – slow Moon enters Gemini

With the Moon now in talkative Gemini, don’t allow yourself to get sidetracked by small talk or gossip.  You are responsible for your actions and for completing your “stuff” on schedule.  If you don’t get it done, don’t blame the planets or someone else.  You have been warned.  Use the knowledge to succeed or be prepared to accept any repercussions.

05/22/20 – 8:42 am – Mercury square Neptune

This waxing first quarter crisis of action square is the fourth exact aspect of the day.  Check your lists, your messages, voice mails and emails or you just might miss something important.  Got some free time; write down your dreams.  Make a plan to manifest them.  You might start with a small one that is easy to do and then work your way through the more challenging ones.  Success, even on a small scale, is a great motivator.

05/22/20 – 10:11 am – slow Moon trine retrograde Saturn

This waxing trine is the fifth exact aspect of the day.  Check your deadlines again.  Make sure you haven’t overlooked something.  It’s still early.  If you have somethings that need to get redone or “fixed,” get to them.

05/22/20 – 10:39 am – slow New Moon conjunct Sun

This New Moon is the sixth exact aspect of the day.  It is at 2 Gemini 04.  The Sabian Symbol for this degree is the “Garden of the Tuileries,” in Paris.  While created as a private garden in 1564 it was opened to the public in the 1600’s and then became a public park after the French Revolution.  It is a place where Parisians meet, stroll, relax and celebrate.  What would you like to celebrate or do this weekend?  You may not be able to go to the Garden of the Tuileries, but perhaps a virtual tour of some place you’ve always wanted to go.  New Moon’s symbolize new beginnings.  What do you want to accomplish in the next four weeks, the next three years?  Make a plan.  Start with smaller doable steps.  Don’t take shortcuts or try to force it.  Build in extra time.  If the first step was to make a plan, what is your second step?  What are you waiting for?

05/22/20 – 7:43 pm – accelerating Moon square Mars

This waxing first quarter crisis of action square is the seventh and final exact aspect of the day.  It’s Friday evening and the beginning of the weekend.  Unfortunately, the energy of this aspect, with the Moon in Gemini, could result in a person saying or doing something they will later regret.  Avoid getting into arguments or speaking out-of-turn.  Choose your words very carefully or you just might have to eat them.  If you’re out, beware the silver-tongued devil.  If you hear something that sounds to good to be true, it probably is.  Don’t let anyone provoke you.  Walk away.  Stick to the lighted areas so you can see and avoid the “shadows.”

05/23/20 – 8:15 pm – accelerating Moon conjunct retrograde Venus

What might the two ladies of the zodiac have to say as like two ships, they pass in the twilight?  Following this; before the night is over, the Moon will make a waxing first quarter crisis of action square to Neptune.

Have you been working on your relationship skills?  Perhaps a “dream relationship” you have been trying to manifest.  Whether you are looking for a relationship, recovering from one or in one, spend some time reflecting on what you could have or can do better.  How can you be a better partner?  Perhaps if you sleep on that tonight, the answers may come to you in your dreams.

05/24/20 – 4:09 am – accelerating Moon goes Void-of-Course

Following a conjunction with Mercury the Moon goes void-of-course for 12 hours.  It’s best if you stick with whatever your plans are for the day or your Sunday routine.  This might be a good time for some house cleaning or going out for some time in nature.  Whatever you do, consider making it a “vision quest.”  Note anything that catches your eye or makes an impression in your mind.

05/24/20 – 2:38 pm – accelerating Moon goes Out-of-Bounds North

The Moon joins Mercury and Venus out-of-bounds North.  What might it mean with three planets out-of-bounds North?  When out-of-bounds they may act as if the rules don’t apply to them.  They may behave more extremely.  North represents the future, what is coming to us.  The challenges we must face and the rewards we may receive.  Don’t forget the Moon is void-of-course so don’t start anything new.  Wait until after the Moon returns to Her home sign of Cancer before tackling something new.

05/24/20 – 4:09 pm – accelerating Moon enters Cancer

The Moon is home.  Yes, She is out-of-bounds North so what dreams do you have for your home?  Is there something you’ve wanted to do for yourself, a loved one or close friend?  Find a way to make it happen.  Make a plan and divide it up into small doable steps.  Be sure to build in extra time because of all the retrograde planets.

05/24/20 – 11:48 pm – Mars sextile Uranus

This is the waning sextile in their current cycle.  Allow the “do” oriented energy of Mars to mix with the “out-of-the-box” energy of Uranus to show you what is possible when you don’t place restrictions on yourself.  Be open to messages from the Universe in the night, through dreams, insights, feelings, or any source.  Be sure to record them so you have them when you need them.

It’s been a powerful Super Moon (March 9th) so far…also interesting it is so near Venus conjunct Uranus. It feels like really big things are happening on every front.

A true “cusper” with Sun 29 Cancer 58. Moon 28 Capricorn 17, which means that HRH was born less than 3 hours before the full Moon at 0 Aquarius. Birth ascendant is 27 Scorpio 10 and his birth M/C is 20 Virgo 36. He was born with 7 of the 10 primary points in Cardinal signs and 6 of them in water signs. He has a Grand Water Trine of Mars 6 Cancer and Jupiter 5 Cancer trining Saturn 5 Scorpio and trining Neptune 5 Pisces. He also has a Cardinal T-square with Mercury 13 Cancer opposing Pluto 9 Capricorn and both squaring Uranus 12 Aries. He has none of the 10 primary points in an Air sign and 3 of them are retrograde. 3 retrogrades is the second most common number, 2 being the most common. Born with Mars out-of-bounds north might he be a rather precocious child, to say the least.

What a time to be born for the new prince-princess in England!
Leo sun, Cancer planets: care for the family = the Kingdom, Aquarius Moon- we need open minds in the future!

    Hey Jim,
Source: Astronomical Phenomena For the Year 2013, prepared by US Naval Observatory and Her Majesty’s Nautical Almanac which defines lunar eclipse time as Moon reaching centermost point of its journey thorough the shadow cast by the earth, and solar eclipses timed for maximum obscuration — typically different from time of simple conjunction. However, I note the Rosicrucian Ephemeris, citing JPL and the US Naval Observatory call it at 5:21. I’m betting there’s yet another computation out there.

  5. Jim Schultz says:

Hi Dane, thank you for your comment. Not sure what your source for the eclipse time is. I use Solar Fire 8 for the dates and times I post. The time is based on the exact conjunction of the Sun and Moon which is 5:28 pm PDT. The NASA eclipse site shows a time of 5:26 pm PDT.

  6. dane_sullivan@verizon.net' Dane Sullivan says:

Probably just an editorial slip, but believe the May 9 eclipse doesn’t happen until 5:55 at 19 Taurus 33. Enjoy your observations!

    Sun still in Capricorn

Oh boy! I am not an astrology student, however, I do enjoy reading your article every week. I have picked up the tiniest sliver of what is being discussed and from what I am able to glean, July sounds like it has the potential to be rather challenging. As a Taurus, I was happy to have read about the Mercury retrograde before it happens! I will be carefully watching my “p’s & q’s ” throughout the month and refer back to the entirety of the article – changes are a-comin’ for sure.
    Thanks for your work!
